About Us

Partnership in Reentry operates as two separate not for profit organizations with shared interest related to the experiences of individuals impacted by incarceration.

Partnership in Reentry Coalition of Delaware, (PIRCOD) is a consortium of community, state and faith-based organizations, who have a vested interest in advocating for resources and services to support individuals coming out of incarceration. Primary attention is given to creating educational awareness within Delaware communities around the significance of reducing recidivism and mitigating the barriers associated with addiction, homelessness, behavioral health, domestic violence, employment, family engagement, education, licensing, acquiring identification, transportation and legislation, which impacts one’s ability to successfully transition into their perspective communities.

The Reentry Resource and Information Network (TRRAIN),  is the service component of the Partnership In Reentry Resource Network, a 501 (c) 3 corporation designed to provide direct care to individuals and families impacted by incarceration and to support people released from prison as they transition back into the community.
